Supplements, honestly

Honest supplement guidance with the evidence shown: what helps, what to skip, and interaction warnings if she is on medication. Brands carry a third-party trust badge (Trustified certified / trusted / an honest "unverified") and low-trust brands are kept out. When something runs low, it offers the reorder from a trusted brand. It reminds her. It never sells to her.
